We are seeking an exceptional Corporate Executive Assistant to support a highly respected UHNWI philanthropist, while working closely alongside her two long-standing Personal Assistants. Due to the nature of the role, this opportunity is best suited to someone who offers a high degree of flexibility and has minimal personal commitments, allowing them to respond to changing priorities, occasional international travel, and varying working hours when required.

Candidates must be London-based and able to commute to the West End within approximately 25–30 minutes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level Executive Assistant support to a UHNWI philanthropist.

  • Provide a second pair of eyes across documentation, schedules, correspondence, and ongoing projects to ensure exceptional accuracy.
  • Take ownership of delegated tasks whilst confidently managing independent responsibilities.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and provide proactive support wherever required.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree educated.
  • 10–12+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives and/or UHNW individuals.

  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently whilst also thriving as part of a collaborative team.
  • Comfortable receiving delegated work from senior Personal Assistants and prioritising accordingly.
  • Demonstrated longevity and commitment within previous positions.
  • London-based with the ability to commute to the West End within approximately 25–30 minutes.

Key Requirements

  • Advanced Microsoft Outlook skills with experience managing complex diaries across multiple time zones.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexible with working hours and available to travel internationally when required.

  • Able to hit the ground running and adapt quickly within a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
  • Professional, discreet, and experienced handling highly confidential information.
  • A genuine "go-getter" with a proactive, can-do approach to every task.
