Freelance Private Chef
Location: Mayfair, London (trial w/c 11th August)
Contract Type: Ad-hoc days
Working Hours: Lunch and dinner
Start Date: As soon as possible following trial
Day Rate: £300+

Family Profile & Requirements:

• Household of four, with varying dietary needs: One vegan; one athlete requiring performance-focused meals
• Favourite cuisines: Asian (especially Japanese), and Mediterranean
• Dietary preference: Naturally low dairy

Duties:

• Prepare fresh, wholesome, seasonally inspired meals tailored to each family member (lunch + dinner)
• Provide nutritiously balanced travel meals and snacks for the two travelling members, including pre and post performance nutrition
• Work discreetly and cooperatively within the household, liaising with the House Manager

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a private household, preferably supporting UHNW families
• Right to work in the UK
• Proven expertise in Asian/Japanese, Mediterranean, Modern European, and vegetarian cuisine
• Strong understanding of sports nutrition and dietary planning
• Friendly, adaptable, hands-on, and able to manage a dynamic household
• Confident with meal prep
