Live-Out Private Housekeeper
Location: Warsaw City Centre, Warsaw, Poland
Start Date: Preferred start date of 15 April 2026 or 1 May 2026
Working Days: Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 16:00
Salary:  Dependent on experience

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional, reliable, and discreet Housekeeper to support the daily running of a private residence in the centre of Warsaw, Poland. The household consists of two adults and a small, friendly dog within a well-maintained private home. This role would suit someone who takes genuine pride in their work and enjoys creating a well-organised and welcoming home environment.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and confident working independently. A calm, professional manner and strong attention to detail are essential. The household values discretion and reliability, and they are looking for someone who is comfortable around pets and happy to assist with light dog care during the day.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Full housekeeping and daily cleaning to a high standard
• Laundry care, including washing and ironing delicate fabrics such as silk, wool, and cashmere
• Maintaining organisation and overall household order
• Care and maintenance of delicate household surfaces, including stone and wood
• Grocery shopping and running household errands
• Purchasing fresh flowers
• Taking garments to the dry cleaner and coordinating household repairs or services
• Walking and caring for the household dog during the day

Candidate Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience within private households
• Proven experience caring for luxury clothing and delicate fabrics
• Knowledge of high-quality cleaning products and appropriate cleaning methods
• Excellent references demonstrating previous experience in private homes
• A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach
• Polite, professional, and highly discreet
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Non-smoker and comfortable around pets
• Proficiency in Polish required; English is an advantage
• Driving licence is advantageous
