Head Housekeeper

Location: Windlesham, Surrey
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 GPA (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping Management:

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping team duties and schedules
• Maintain consistent cleanliness and presentation throughout the residence
• Oversee all cleaning, laundry, and linen operations to the highest standard

Team Leadership:

• Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff
• Ensure proper grooming, attire, and conduct of team members
• Support team performance through guidance and discipline as required

Inventory & Supplies:

• Manage cleaning supplies, linen stock, and household provisions
• Track usage, monitor costs, and ensure timely reordering

Client Service:

• Respond to principal and guest preferences and requests with efficiency
• Ensure personal items are handled with care, including wardrobe and delicates

Special Projects:

• Assist with seasonal deep cleaning, special events, and house setup for guests or travel
• Coordinate with maintenance and service providers for household needs

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a luxury residence or 5-star hotel
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, product safety, and fabric care
• High attention to detail and discretion

Working Conditions:
