Job Summary
A highly professional and experienced Housekeeper / PA is required for a family of three, with two university-age children, in a large four-floor property in Holland Park, London. The home includes 4 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a drawing room, family room, gym, and spa. A highly energetic, self-motivated, and reliable candidate is essential.

The role involves overseeing the smooth running of the household to the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency, as well as providing personal assistant support to the family.
Pet friendliness is essential as the family has four dogs (one large, three small), supported by a daily dog walker.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning and tidying the entire home to a superior standard, including interior windows, patios, pathways, and steps
• Assisting with food preparation, cleaning, tidying, and organising the kitchen, butler’s pantry, and wine room; ability to prepare fresh family meals is a plus
• Making weekly grocery shopping lists; maintaining refrigerator, pantry, and cupboards; discarding out-of-date items
• Making beds, changing linens and towels
• Collecting, washing, ironing, mending, and returning laundry
• Managing wardrobes and arranging dry-cleaning
• Answering the door and telephone; managing deliveries and running errands
• Feeding and attending to household pets
• Watering household plants and flower arranging
• Assisting with preparation for dinner parties and special events
• Handling petty cash and family debit card
• Liaising with tradespeople, suppliers, and contractors
• Managing security alarms
• Maintaining household supplies, cleaning equipment, and arranging servicing of all appliances and home systems
• Notifying the employer immediately if any items need repair or are broken
• Carrying out any other reasonable tasks as requested by the family
