Location: Berkeley Square, Mayfair, London
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 9 hours per day, starting between 8:00am – 9:00am

A lovely opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional Housekeeper to join a private household in Berkeley Square, Mayfair.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running and upkeep of a beautiful two-bedroom apartment, ensuring the home is consistently maintained to a high standard. The role is predominantly housekeeping-focused, with some light meal preparation required.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Full cleaning and upkeep of the two-bedroom apartment
• Dusting, vacuuming and mopping throughout the property
• Laundry and ironing
• Maintaining wardrobes, linens and household items
• General organisation and tidying of the home
• Ensuring all rooms are presented to an exceptionally high standard
• Monitoring household supplies and keeping the property well organised
• Light meal preparation when required
• Heating prepared food
• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
• Ad hoc household duties as required

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience working within a private household
• Excellent housekeeping, laundry and ironing skills
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Experience caring for luxury furnishings, fabrics and finishes
• Strong organisational skills and ability to keep a home running smoothly
• Light cooking or meal preparation experience preferred
• Proactive, trustworthy and able to work independently
• Warm, professional and discreet
• Genuine pride in maintaining a home to a high standard
