Housekeeper

Location: Oxshott, Surrey
Salary: Flexible, depending on experience
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 40 hours per week, starting at 7:30am

A lovely opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional Housekeeper to join a private family household in Oxshott, Surrey.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day housekeeping and upkeep of the family home, maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and organisation. The role will also involve preparing simple meals for the children and assisting with school runs and pick-ups.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Full cleaning and upkeep of the family home
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and general housekeeping
• Laundry and ironing
• General tidying and organisation
• Preparing simple meals for the children
• School runs and pick-ups
• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
• Working around the family's dogs
• Ad hoc household duties as required

Candidate Requirements

• Previous private household housekeeping experience preferred
• Excellent cleaning and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Basic cooking skills and confidence preparing meals for children
• Full UK driving licence and confidence driving for school runs
• Comfortable around dogs
• Proactive, reliable and able to work independently
• Warm, professional and discreet
