Working Days/Hours: Afternoon coverage preferred, exact hours and rota to be agreed

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Housekeeper to join a private household in Westminster, with a particular focus on laundry, wardrobe management and household organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring clothing, wardrobes and personal belongings are beautifully maintained and organised, whilst also providing general housekeeping support throughout the residences. Occasional travel with the family would be highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing laundry, ironing and clothing care
• Organising wardrobes, shoes and personal belongings
• Maintaining bedrooms and living areas throughout the day
• Packing and unpacking luggage
• Organising household items and storage areas
• Ensuring belongings are returned to their correct place
• Assisting with general cleaning when required
• Supporting the House Manager with the day-to-day organisation of the residences
• Working alongside the second Housekeeper as part of the household team
• Travelling with the family occasionally, including to Marbella

Candidate Requirements

• Previous private household experience
• Strong laundry, ironing and wardrobe management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Well-presented, calm and discreet
• Adaptable and flexible in approach
• Proactive and reliable
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Willing to travel occasionally with the family
• Looking for a long-term position
