Our private client, who maintains multiple high-end residences worldwide, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented House Manager to oversee the daily operations and presentation of his home in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong appreciation for Japanese aesthetics and interiors, and be committed to maintaining a serene, elegant, and well-organised environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall aesthetic and upkeep of the house and garden, ensuring it reflects the client’s preference for Japanese design and minimalism
• Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and order
• Act as the primary point of contact, liaising directly with the principal to ensure expectations and preferences are consistently met
• Care for bonsai trees and other indoor/outdoor plants, maintaining their health and presentation
• Be hands-on when required, especially during events, guest visits, or busy periods

Ideal Candidate:

• Prior experience working with Japanese-style interiors; experience working or living in Japan is a strong advantage
• Impeccable attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics
• Singapore-based or already eligible to work in Singapore
• Discreet, professional, and able to anticipate the needs of a UHNW household
