Junior Butler - Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, personable, and committed Junior Butler to join a private
Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) household based in Surrey.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in a similar role within UHNW private Households, luxury yachts, or high-end hospitality environments such as Michelin-starred or fine dining establishments
• Demonstrates absolute discretion, confidentiality, and unwavering loyalty
• Maintains a high standard of professionalism and immaculate personal presentation at all times
• Proficient in formal service protocols, including table settings and silver service
• Skilled in beverage preparation and service, including coffee and basic cocktails
• Familiar with pantry organisation, stock rotation, and household cleaning standards
• Confident and courteous when interacting with high-profile principals and VIP guests
• Exceptionally organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and maintain keen attention to detail
• Proactive and intuitive, with the ability to anticipate the needs of principals and respond promptly to guest requests in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written preferred

Location: On-site at a private residence in Surrey
Working pattern: 9-hour shifts, with flexibility for weekend availability as needed
