We are representing an American/Lebanese family seeking a professional, discreet, and low-key live-in domestic couple for their private residence near Marbella. The family’s adult children live in New York, and the principals are part-time residents in Marbella (primarily during summer), spending the remainder of the year in Dubai.

The opportunity:

This is a unique live-in position offering the chance to manage and maintain a beautiful home in a prestigious location. The couple will enjoy autonomy when the family is away while providing attentive domestic support when the principals are in residence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Care for and maintain the property during the family’s absence, managing your own working hours efficiently
• Deliver high standards of domestic services, including cleaning, laundry, and household organisation
• Provide basic cooking support when the family is in residence
• Ensure the home is secure, orderly, and impeccably maintained
• Driving duties as required (at least one member of the couple must have a valid driving licence)

Working Days & Hours:

• Longer working days will be required when the principals are in residence
• The couple will self-manage their working hours and schedule when the family is absent
• Flexibility and adaptability are essential to accommodate seasonal schedules and periods of family presence

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in a similar live-in or domestic household role
• Highly discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of family privacy
• Independent, proactive, and organised with excellent attention to detail
• At least one member of the couple must be able to drive
• Must have the legal rights to work in Europe
