Our client, a couple with a young child based in Knightsbridge, is seeking a professional, experienced and reliable Live-In Housekeeper/Cook to join their household as soon as possible.

This is a lovely opportunity for an experienced housekeeper who takes pride in maintaining a home to a very high standard and is confident with both detailed housekeeping and light, healthy cooking.

Duties

• All daily cleaning and housekeeping duties to an exceptionally high standard
• Laundry and ironing, including the care of delicate and high-quality garments
• Wardrobe management and organisation
• Light, healthy cooking for the household, following recipes and established preferences
• Maintaining excellent standards of presentation and organisation throughout the home
• Working closely and collaboratively with the live-out housekeeper
• Being comfortable working across a multi-floor property

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be:

• Professional, polished and well presented
• Experienced working within private households to a high standard
• Highly reliable, discreet and trustworthy
• An excellent communicator with a positive and helpful approach
• Highly skilled in laundry, ironing and wardrobe management, with strong knowledge of delicate fabrics and garments
• A confident and competent cook, comfortable preparing simple, healthy meals from recipes
• A strong team player who is happy to work alongside other household staff
• Flexible and willing to occasionally work slightly later when required

Working Schedule

• 5 days per week
• Working on a rota alongside the existing live-out housekeeper
• 7:00am – 5:00pm
• Occasional flexibility to work later when required
