Our clients, a warm and welcoming family of four based in Radlett, Hertfordshire - just 40 minutes from Central London via direct train to St Pancras - are seeking a Live-in Housekeeper.

The household includes two active teenage boys, aged 12 and 15, and three miniature dachshunds who require feeding and occasional walks.

Our clients are looking for an experienced and energetic Live-in Housekeeper to join their household and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of their home. The property is a spacious 15,000 sq ft house spread across four floors, although daily living takes place primarily on one level (three main bedrooms with en-suites, kitchen, lounge, and dining areas).

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily cleaning and tidying of the main living areas and bedrooms
• Full housekeeping duties including laundry and ironing
• Feeding and occasional walking of the dogs
• Supporting general organisation and upkeep of the household
• Working alongside the Part-time, Live-out Housekeeper (4 days a week)
• Babysitting on Saturday evenings
• Assisting occasionally with evening dinner parties or events (infrequent)

Ideal Candidate:

• Someone comfortable managing a large home
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Flexible and adaptable, particularly in a busy household with teenagers and visiting friends
• Experienced in a similar private household role
• Confident around pets
• Friendly, discreet, and a team player

No cooking is required for this role, but a helpful, can-do attitude is key.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to settle into a long-term position in a well-supported, family-oriented home.
