Accommodation: This is a live-in role. The nanny will be provided with the child’s bedroom, which includes a private en-suite bathroom, within a large luxury private residence.

Working Pattern:

• Working hours: 8–10 hours per day, scheduled and spread throughout the day. To be discussed, but the family are looking for someone to be happy to help as if the child is their own.
• One full day off per week

• Three adults
• One child (16-month-old boy)
• One small dog (toy poodle)
• Large 5–6 bedroom private residence
• The household will also employ two Housekeepers

Role Overview:

The family is seeking a highly professional, discreet, and experienced Italian or Italian-speaking nanny to provide dedicated childcare support within a private household. The role would suit a calm, reserved, and confident nanny who is comfortable working in a high-profile environment and as part of a fully staffed household.
The position involves regular European travel and occasional international travel (1–2 trips per year), therefore flexibility and travel-readiness are essential.

Key Duties:

• Full childcare responsibilities for a 16-month-old boy
• Supporting daily routines, development, and overall well-being
• Ensuring the child’s environment is clean, safe, and well organised
• Child-related laundry and organisation
• Working collaboratively with the Housekeepers
• Accompanying the family on European and international travel

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluent Italian speaker (preferred)
• Proven experience as a nanny within private households
• Discreet, professional, and respectful of family privacy
• Flexible, calm, and reliable
• Comfortable working in a luxury, fully staffed environment
• Driving licence beneficial but not essential
