Job Title: Live-in Nanny/Cook/Housekeeper 
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Schedule: Monday to Friday (full schedule) + Saturday mornings | Occasional evenings/ad hoc work by agreement (paid)
Salary: €3,000–4,000 gross per month (€2,500–3,000 net), dependent on experience
Start Date: ASAP/when the right candidate is found
Note: Three children aged 1, 5 and 9. The 1-year-old has full-time care, though additional support would be welcomed

Job Overview

Our client is seeking a warm, proactive, and experienced Live-in All-Rounder to join their active family household in an affluent suburb of Stockholm. The family home is a spacious 550 sqm residence filled with kindness, respect, and fun. The role is focused on caring for two school-age children (ages 5 and 9), supporting their daily routines, and providing a nurturing and stimulating environment. The ideal candidate will also be a confident cook, able to prepare wholesome meals and family favourites, while assisting with household organisation and maintaining a calm, harmonious home.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience caring for school-age children (experience with toddlers a bonus)
• Confident cook with the ability to prepare balanced family meals
• Strong housekeeping and organisational skills
• Valid driving licence – family car provided for duties
• Fluent in English (Swedish language an advantage but not essential)
• Reliable, discreet, proactive, and energetic personality
• Flexible to support occasional evenings and weekends by prior arrangement

Core Responsibilities

Childcare & Family Support

• Manage morning and afternoon school runs (pick-up and drop-off)
• Escort children to after-school activities, sports, and playdates
• Provide attentive care and supervision when parents are away
• Support children’s emotional, social, and developmental needs
• Assist with homework, reading, and creative activities
• Occasionally support with care of the 1-year-old (if agreed)

Cooking & Household Support

• Cook and bake nutritious meals and family favourites
• Prepare children’s snacks, lunchboxes, and weekly meal plans
• General housekeeping duties including laundry, tidying, and maintaining a welcoming home
• Light cleaning related to the children and shared family spaces
