Working Hours: Full-time, live-in, 6 days per week (Sunday off). Approx. 5:30/6:00am start (children begin school at 7am), Monday–Thursday support resumes 3:30pm–8:00pm, Friday support resumes from 11:30am

A warm and welcoming international family based in Dubai are seeking an experienced and proactive Nanny/PA to become a trusted and valued member of their household.

The family have six children, all attending full-time school, aged 13, 12, 10, 9, 5 and 3. The two youngest require the most hands-on support, including supervision, bathing, bedtime routines and age-appropriate activities.

The successful candidate will be calm, organised, assertive and reliable, comfortable within a large family environment and a busy household routine, including full responsibility for the children's schedule and coordination of staff related to the children, such as arranging drivers for school runs and liaising with the chef for children's meals. Accommodation is a private, separate studio flat.

Duties to include, but are not limited to:

• Managing the children's morning routine, including breakfast, school preparation, uniforms, bags and lunch boxes
• Supporting school drop-offs and pick-ups when required
• Managing after-school routines, including activities, homework and online tutoring sessions
• Assisting with and overseeing homework and tutoring sessions alongside the children's tutor, as required
• Managing school schedules and extra-curricular activities, using IT/digital tools to organise the children's calendar
• Organising playdates, sports, tutors and weekly activities
• Providing attentive care for the younger children, including play, bathing and bedtime routines
• Preparing simple children's meals when required
• Maintaining children's bedrooms, bathrooms, play areas and belongings to a high standard
• Supporting children's laundry and organisation of their personal areas
• Providing sole-charge care for all six children during periods of parental travel
• Travelling internationally with the family when required
• Arranging drivers, chef liaison and other staff coordination relating to the children
• Flexibility to adapt schedule during parental travel, family commitments and international trips

Candidate Requirements:

• Extensive private household nanny experience
• Experience caring for multiple school-aged children
• Strong childcare experience with toddlers and younger children
• Previous experience in a proxy parenting or sole-charge capacity
• Assertive and confident in managing school schedules and extra-curricular commitments
• IT-savvy, able to manage and coordinate the children's calendar
• Comfortable assisting/overseeing tutoring sessions alongside the family's existing tutor when required
• Native or fluent English preferred
• Ability to support children academically, including homework up to GCSE level
• A calm, energetic, discreet and organised approach
• A proactive attitude and willingness to support where needed
• Ability to work harmoniously alongside other household staff
• Non-smoker
• Paediatric First Aid certification advantageous
