Our clients, a lovely family living in St John's Wood, are seeking an experienced Baby Nanny for their 6-month-old son. This professional couple also have 2 older children, 5 & 8 years old, along with a small dog and a cat.

They are initially looking for someone to start working in a rota pattern with their current Maternity Nurse during the month of September – allowing time for a hand over. After this period the role will be a live-out daily position, working 5 days with a minimum of 50 hours per week.

Your focus will be on the baby, but occasionally helping out with the older children when needed. All nursery duties apply, along with the following, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting routine
  • Monitoring milestones and aiding development
  • Occasional school drop off/pick up of one of the older children
  • Travelling regularly with the family in the school holidays

The family are fundamentally looking for a kind, outgoing, and highly flexible individual, to supplement their small domestic team of staff, but most importantly, become a welcomed member of their family.

The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years’ experience caring for babies from 6 months old, and who truly understands the demands of working within a dynamic household.

Please note that the following would be beneficial but not essential to apply for the position:

  • Proven experience
  • Highly organised
  • Kind natured
  • Pet friendly
  • Glowing references

Location: St John's Wood
Contract Length: Permanent
Start Date: September 2022

Children: 3 children – B6 months, G5 & B8, although solely focusing on the baby

Working Days: 5 days per week
Working Hours: To be discussed

Salary: circa £55,000 - £65,000 based on experience
