Our client is seeking a full-time Live-in Housekeeper/Cook to support their newly renovated weekend residence just outside Birmingham. This beautiful country home features 7 bedrooms, and is used primarily at weekends.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and able to maintain a high standard of housekeeping. The role also includes occasional simple cooking and providing light support to the principal’s mother, who lives nearby. A kind and considerate nature is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• General housekeeping: cleaning, tidying, and maintaining order throughout the home
• Laundry and ironing
• Organising household items and systems
• Cooking simple, healthy meals (occasional weekend cooking may be required)
• Assisting the principal’s mother with occasional ad hoc tasks
• Driving for errands or local support (essential due to location)

• Location: Near Birmingham
• Start Date: ASAP
• Days: 5 days per week including weekends (weekends off if principals are not visiting)
• Accommodation: Private 1-bedroom self-contained flat above the pool house (recently renovated)
