We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeper to support a Principal in a private residence in Holland Park, London. This is a full-time, live-out position requiring a high standard of discretion, professionalism, and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Daily cleaning and housekeeping to an exceptionally high standard
• Laundry care: washing, ironing, steaming, and wardrobe management
• Household supplies management: monitoring and replenishing cleaning products, pantry items, and general household essentials
• Dog care: feeding, walking, occasional dog sitting (young puppy in residence)
• Receiving deliveries, managing parcels, liaising with couriers as needed
• Running ad-hoc errands including grocery shopping and household tasks
• Light upkeep of outdoor patio areas (note: a Gardener is employed)
• Guest preparation: readying guest rooms and communal spaces for visitors, assisting with light hosting when required
• Household organisation: maintaining tidy storage spaces, organising cupboards, and helping with seasonal wardrobe changeovers
• Occasional help with simple meal preparation (eg breakfast, heating food, or light cooking as needed)
• Occasional overnight stays in the staff flat when the Principal is travelling

Key Details:

• Working Hours: 9.00am–5.00pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility required (overtime paid for out-of-hours work)
• Salary: £42,000–£45,000 per annum, depending on experience

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar private household role essential
• Must love dogs and be confident with animal care
