Live-out Housekeeper

Location: Mayfair, London
Accommodation: Live-out
Days: 6 days per week
Hours: 9:00am – 9:00pm (with flexibility)

A highly organised and experienced Live-out Housekeeper is sought to support a single Principal based in Mayfair. The Principal spends approximately 120 days per year in London, therefore this role requires someone who is proactive, trustworthy, and able to manage the household independently while the Principal is away.

This is a varied role, combining exceptional housekeeping standards with household management, errands, and occasional cooking. The successful candidate will have a meticulous eye for detail, take pride in maintaining a beautifully presented home, and be flexible to accommodate the Principal's schedule.

Duties include:

• Full housekeeping, including deep cleaning and daily upkeep of the property
• Ensuring the home is maintained to an exceptional standard at all times
• Managing the household in the Principal's absence
• Running errands as required
• Receiving, logging, organising, and managing deliveries, shipments, and packages
• Maintaining household inventory and ensuring all items are accurately recorded
• Occasional cooking for the Principal
• Liaising with suppliers and contractors where necessary
• Preparing the property before the Principal's arrival and ensuring everything is in perfect order
• Assisting with any additional household duties as required

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience working within a private household
• Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Have a proactive, hands-on approach
• Be flexible and hardworking
• Be able to work independently and use their initiative
• Be comfortable managing a property without supervision
• Be willing to work occasional overtime when the Principal is in residence (with time off in lieu provided when the Principal is away)
