Live-Out Housekeeper
Location: Milan
Salary: €2,500–€3,000 net per month, depending on experience
Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday, approximately 8 hours per day
Accommodation: Live-out
Start Date: Ideally 15 December 2026

A private household in Milan is seeking an experienced and reliable Housekeeper for a long-term position. The residence is approximately 500 sqm across two floors and is home to two young adults and two small dogs. There are currently no other staff employed, so the successful candidate must be comfortable working independently and maintaining high standards throughout the home.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the residence
• Undertake laundry, ironing and general household organisation
• Order and manage household supplies
• Coordinate external suppliers and contractors for minor maintenance and household requirements
• Assist with general household tasks and ensure the property is well maintained

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Italian
• Previous experience in luxury hotels, resorts, private households or other high-standard environments
• Strong housekeeping and household management skills
• Organised, discreet, reliable and service-oriented
• Able to work independently and coordinate household requirements
• Comfortable around dogs
• A valid driving licence is preferred
