Live-out Nanny – Oxshott, Surrey

Salary: £50,000 gross per annum (flexible depending on experience)
Schedule: 5 days per week, with alternating weekends on/off (8:00am–8:00pm, including a long off-site lunch break). When working weekends, two days will be given off during the week

A lovely family based in Oxshott, Surrey is seeking an experienced, nurturing Nanny to care for their 10-month-old baby, with a new arrival expected in May 2026. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for a confident and organised nanny who thrives in a warm, busy household and has proven experience caring for two young children under the age of two.

The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable, proactive, and calm in their approach, able to confidently support the family through the next exciting stages of baby and toddler development.

Duties will include:

• Creating a warm, engaging, and stimulating environment for the baby (and both children in due course)
• Managing all nursery duties, including sterilising bottles and equipment, maintaining nursery cleanliness, and organising supplies
• Cleaning and maintaining the milk machine
• Keeping toys and play areas clean, tidy, and well-organised
• Supporting daily routines, including feeding, changing, and settling
• Managing appointments and attending local baby classes
• Assisting with developmental milestones such as weaning and, in time, potty training
• Working collaboratively with the parents to ensure consistency in routine and care

Candidate requirements:

• Proven experience caring for babies and toddlers, ideally with two children under two
• A warm, nurturing, and hands-on approach
• Flexibility with working hours, including alternate weekends
• Fluent English; French language skills would be an advantage but are not essential
• Comfortable around dogs – the family has four friendly dogs, including one large breed
