An UHNW family based in Mayfair, London, are seeking an exceptional, warm, and highly capable Nanny to provide outstanding care for their three children, aged between 5 and 10 years old.

The family are seeking a proactive, organised, and flexible individual who is confident working within a fully staffed household and who can seamlessly adapt to the varying needs of a busy family lifestyle. There is another Nanny within the household that you occasionally may have to work alongside with but it will mainly be a handover. 

Key Responsibilities

• Providing attentive sole and shared-charge care, ensuring the children's safety, happiness, and well-being at all times
• Planning and organising engaging, creative, and educational activities that support the children's development and interests
• Managing daily routines, including morning preparation, school runs, after-school activities, mealtimes, and bedtime routines when required
• Accompanying and safely transporting the children to and from school, extracurricular activities, appointments, and playdates
• Assisting with child-related duties, including children's laundry, wardrobe organisation, and maintaining tidy bedrooms and play areas in collaboration with the housekeeping team
• Monitoring the children's health and well-being and administering medication or first aid when necessary
• Encouraging good manners, positive behaviour, and age-appropriate independence
• Maintaining clear, professional, and consistent communication with the parents regarding routines, progress, milestones, and any areas of concern
• Supporting the family during travel or school holidays when required

The Ideal Candidate

• A minimum of 5 years' professional childcare experience within private households
• A valid First Aid qualification
• Warm, calm, patient, and nurturing with a positive and proactive approach to childcare
• Highly organised, adaptable, and capable of multitasking within a busy household environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A flexible and professional attitude with the ability to work collaboratively within a fully staffed household
• Discreet, trustworthy, and able to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality

Working Schedule

• 5 days on / 2 days off (rota-style schedule) usually 1pm - 8pm
• Flexibility required to accommodate occasional evenings and weekends
• Travel may be required during school holidays and family trips
