Overview

A private UHNW family is seeking an exceptional English-speaking Nanny to provide the highest standard of care for a newborn. The role centres on creating a fully immersive English-language environment from birth, alongside supporting the child’s emotional and developmental needs in line with the family’s parenting philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

• Full care for a newborn, including feeding, establishing sleep routines, hygiene, walks, and play
• Maintain a complete English-speaking environment through songs, books, storytelling, and daily conversation
• Stimulate early language acquisition through daily interaction and emotional connection
• Support physical, emotional, and cognitive development with age-appropriate activities
• Respect and follow the family’s preferred routines, parenting style, and cultural values
• Maintain confidentiality at all times

Key Requirements

• English speaker preferred
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with children aged 0–3 in private households
• Degree or recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Familiarity with Montessori, Reggio Emilia, Gentle Parenting, or EYFS methods (advantage)
• Previous experience with international or bilingual families (advantage)
• Excellent verifiable references
• Willingness to relocate internationally
