We are recruiting multiple culinary roles for our UHNW client who is based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The positions include:

  • 1x International Chef de Cuisine
  • 2x Sous Chef – Arabic Cuisine
  • 2x Sous Chef – Western Cuisine
  • 1x Junior Sous Chef – Arabic
  • 1x Junior Sous Chef – International
  • 2x Demi Chef de Partie – Arabic
  • 2x Demi Chef de Partie – International

The culinary professionals will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes in accordance with the client's established menus and standards. The role requires passion for food, attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards. The position contributes to the overall success of the kitchen by maintaining consistency, efficiency, and creativity in all culinary operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared on time, and meet guest and management expectations.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic work environment in compliance with HACCP and local food safety regulations.
  • Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory control, and report shortages to the supervisor or Chef in charge.
  • Assist in the development of new dishes and seasonal menus.
  • Support cost control by minimising waste and optimising ingredient usage.
  • Follow daily mise-en-place and station setup procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and communication across departments.
  • Train and guide junior staff or trainees when required.
  • Adhere to all hotel or establishment policies, including grooming, attendance, and safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional experience.
  • Previous experience in a high-end hotel, resort, or fine dining restaurant preferred.
  • Knowledge of international cuisine and modern cooking techniques.
  • Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Willingness to relocate and work in Saudi Arabia under local regulations.
  • English proficiency preferred.

Salary Ranges

  • International Chef de Cuisine – 17,850 SAR – 25,500 SAR
  • Sous Chef – Arabic Cuisine – 14,875 SAR – 21,250 SAR
  • Sous Chef – Western Cuisine - 14,875 SAR – 21,250 SAR
  • Junior Sous Chef – Arabic - 11,900 SAR – 17,000 SAR
  • Junior Sous Chef – International - 11,900 SAR – 17,000 SAR
  • Demi Chef de Partie – Arabic – 7,735 SAR – 11,050 SAR
  • Demi Chef de Partie – International  – 7,735 SAR – 11,050 SAR
