We are recruiting multiple Laundry roles for our UHNW client who is based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The positions include: Laundry Manager, Laundry Supervisor, Laundry Attendant, and Tailor.

The Laundry department plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene of all linens, uniforms, and guest garments within the hotel or facility. Team members ensure that laundry operations are conducted efficiently, meeting quality standards and service expectations. Supervisory and management roles oversee the entire laundry process, ensuring productivity, equipment maintenance, and staff training.

Key Responsibilities for all Laundry Roles:

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, press, and fold all linens, uniforms, and guest clothing as per established procedures.
• Operate washing, drying, and pressing machines safely and efficiently.
• Identify stains and apply appropriate cleaning treatments.
• Inspect items for cleanliness, damage, and repair needs before and after laundering.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the laundry area and storage spaces.
• Ensure proper use and handling of chemicals and cleaning agents in accordance with safety standards.
• Handle guest laundry and dry-cleaning requests with care, discretion, and accuracy.
• Tag and track items to prevent loss or mix-ups using manual or digital tracking systems.
• Follow preventive maintenance guidelines for laundry equipment, and report any malfunction to the engineering department.
• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and environmental standards in compliance with Saudi regulations and HACCP guidelines.

For Supervisory & Management Roles

• Supervise and coordinate daily laundry operations and staff assignments.
• Monitor production targets, workflow, and quality control.
• Train and mentor team members in fabric care, machine operation, and guest service standards.
• Manage inventory levels of linen, uniforms, and cleaning supplies.
• Ensure timely delivery of laundered items to guest rooms, housekeeping, and F&B outlets.
• Maintain records of laundry loads, expenses, and maintenance schedules.
• Liaise with other departments, Housekeeping and the Food and Beverage team, to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement cost control and sustainability initiatives to reduce wastage and improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or commercial laundry environment preferred.
• Knowledge of laundry chemicals, fabric care, and machinery operation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Physically fit to handle standing and lifting tasks throughout the shift.
• For supervisory/managerial roles: minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar position with proven leadership skills.

• Basic Salary from 7,735 SAR to 14,875 SAR per month depending on the role.
