A lovely family based in Canary Wharf is seeking an experienced and highly organised Housekeeper / Cook to assist with the smooth running of their home.
The successful candidate will be proactive, discreet, and able to work independently, ensuring the household is maintained to a high standard while supporting the family's day-to-day needs.

Working Hours:

• 2 days per week
• Approximately 16 hours per week

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the home to an exceptional standard
• General housekeeping, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and organising
• Laundry and ironing, including the care of delicate garments where required
• Changing bed linen and ensuring bedrooms and bathrooms are impeccably maintained
• Preparing healthy, home-cooked meals for the family
• Managing household supplies and replenishing stock as needed
• Overseeing the general day-to-day running of the household
• Coordinating tradespeople and service providers when required
• Providing light household administration, including managing appointments and deliveries
• Ensuring the home remains organised, efficient, and well maintained at all times

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience working in a similar role within a private household
• Excellent housekeeping and laundry skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Experience preparing nutritious family meals
• A proactive, flexible, and hands-on approach
• High levels of discretion, professionalism, and trustworthiness
• The ability to work independently and use initiative
• Excellent references from previous employers
• Must have a DBS
