Part-Time Housekeeper
Location: Primrose Hill, London
Salary: £23 - £25 gross per hour, depending on experience
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours/Days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8 hours per day (24 hours per week). The family are flexible within the day, with 8:00am - 4:00pm or 7:00am - 3:00pm.

Our clients are seeking a reliable, experienced Housekeeper to join their family home in Primrose Hill on a part-time basis, working three full days a week.

The family live in a five-floor home with four bedrooms and five bathrooms, along with one friendly dog. The family mostly live on the lower ground floor, which includes the kitchen, dining room and the children’s playroom. These areas need the most regular tidying and cleaning. The bedrooms and other areas need more periodic attention, and the top floor is rarely used.

The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and trustworthy, able to work independently and manage their own time across regular upkeep and a rotating deep-clean focus. They will be comfortable around dogs and take real pride in keeping a busy family home in excellent order.

Duties to include, but are not limited to:

• Regular tidying and cleaning of the lower ground floor, including the kitchen, dining area and children’s playroom
• Periodic cleaning of the bedrooms, bathrooms and other areas of the home
• A rotating deep-clean focus around the house
• Balancing day-to-day upkeep with deeper, more periodic cleaning across all five floors
• General housekeeping and maintaining a consistently high standard throughout the property

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Housekeeper in a private household
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Organised and proactive, able to plan and prioritise across a large property
• Comfortable around dogs
• Reliable, discreet and professional
• Excellent, checkable references
• Right to work in the UK
