Part-time Private Chef (Live-Out)

Schedule: 2-3 days per week
Hourly rate: 600-650 SEK

Overview
A warm and professional family based in Stockholm is seeking an experienced, discreet, and highly organised Private Chef to oversee the preparation of daily meals for a family of six. This is a live-out position suited to a chef who enjoys creating light, fresh, healthy, flavourful cuisine while maintaining the highest standards of kitchen organisation and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare daily breakfasts, lunches, and dinners for the family- including healthy grab snacks
• Breakfast to be prepped day before- overnight oats/ chia pots etc
• Create varied, nutritious menus featuring clean, light, and fresh flavours
• Cater for a lactose-intolerant family member and confidently accommodate dietary requirements
• Source and manage high-quality ingredients
• Maintain impeccable standards of kitchen cleanliness, organisation, and food safety
• Manage kitchen inventory, stock rotation, and ensure the kitchen is fully stocked
• Occasional weekends for family parties and functions

Candidate Profile

• Proven 3 year’s + experience as a Private Chef within a Private household or UHNW environment
• Strong knowledge of healthy, modern cuisine and dietary adaptations
• Discreet, professional, and able to work quietly within a busy family home
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to "read the room" and adapt to the principals' preferences and routines
• Highly organised, tidy, and self-sufficient
• Flexible, proactive, and attentive to detail
• Fluent English preffered
