A London-based UHNW family is seeking a highly experienced, talented, and proactive Family Private Chef with experience working in renowned or Michelin-star establishments as well as private families and a passion for creativity and exceptional culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work together with the Main Chef to prepare and present high-quality, delicious, elegant, yet simple meals using seasonal ingredients tailored to the family's specific dietary preferences and needs.
• Menu preparation, cooking, plating, and silver service, ensuring consistent quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain the kitchen’s cleanliness, and ensure food safety and hygiene practices meet the highest standards.
• Support with kitchen set-up, inventory and stock control, as well as general operational tasks.
• Assist in hosting and catering for private events, dinners, and gatherings, ensuring flawless execution and attention to detail.
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals for the household staff team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Private Chef within an UHNW family, 5-star restaurant setting, or luxury yachts.
• Michelin-level skills and the ability to prepare exquisite meals using high-quality ingredients.
• A willingness to adapt to the dynamic lifestyle of the family, with occasional international travel.
• Absolute discretion and professionalism, excellent interpersonal skills: communicative and solution-oriented.
• A culinary portfolio or examples of previous work is essential.

Location: Kensington, London (with occasional travel)
Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday (covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
