Our client based in Holland Park is seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Nanny to take over from their Maternity Nurse and care for their firstborn at 4 months.

Duties include:

• All nursery duties; providing exceptional infant care and family support
• Infant-related housekeeping, including, but not limited to, infant laundry and cooking infant nutritious meals
• Planning creative activities and aiding the infant’s early years development
• Taking infant to and from Nursery
• Monitoring the health and development of the infant, alerting parents to any concerns
• Extensive travel with the family: 8 weeks from December to February and then again for around 4 weeks in August, as well as ad hoc trips in between (flexibility needed). When travelling, schedule will be 6 days a week during the day – no evenings will be required

Candidate requirements:

• Must hold UK passport
• Qualified Maternity Nanny, Norland Nanny, or Infant & Early Childhood Educator
• Extensive experience of sole charge infant care, within private homes
• Certification in Infant CPR and First Aid
• Well-presented, confident, patient, flexible, and developmentally focused
• Must be flexible for extensive travel, working alongside an extra Travel Nanny for the longer trips
• Fluent English preferred; additional European language (desirable)
• Candidate looking for longevity in the role
• No allergies to cats – there are cats in the household

Working Days: Monday to Friday, up to 3 nights per week of babysitting included; when travelling, 6 days per week during day time only (no evenings)
Working Hours: 7.00am-7.00pm (TBC)

Accommodation: Nanny will be provided with their own separate flat, close by to the residence

Start-date: October/November, 2024
Contract: Permanent employment on payroll (no self-employed candidates); 4 weeks holiday to be split during the year
