Our UHNW client, who is based in Virginia Water, Surrey, is looking for a Temporary Junior Staff Chef who can commit to working with them from now until the middle of September.

You will be preparing simple buffet/family-style meals for 15-20 staff members, following one carbohydrate, one protein, and one vegetable side options (vegetarian options tbc).

Duties to include:

• Preparing staff meals for approximately 15–20 people, dependent on shift patterns
• Stock rotation and maintaining food hygiene standards
• Maintaining the household's high standards
• Assisting the Chef with any needs
• Tidying Kitchen areas

Candidate requirements:

• UHNWI Household / 5* Hotel experience is required
• A valid food hygiene certification is required
• Professional appearance, and ability to work as part of a team – must be friendly, cheerful, and full of energy
• Excellent organisational skills

Location: Virginia Water, Surrey
Working Days: 6 days a week
Working Hours: 6 hours per day on a rota system with flexibility
Salary: £25 gph
