Our client, based in Mayfair, is seeking a pool of experienced Butlers available on an ad hoc basis to support private events, including formal dinners, receptions, and VIP gatherings. Candidates must be highly professional, polished, and discreet, with a proven ability to deliver seamless, high-level service within a private residence. Reliability, trustworthiness, exceptional presentation, and strong hospitality standards are essential.

Key Responsibilities

•    Welcome and assist guests professionally
•    Deliver formal dining, silver, tray, and drinks service
•    Set up and break down event spaces
•    Maintain exceptional presentation standards
•    Coordinate with household staff, chefs, and event teams
•    Protect guest privacy and confidentiality
•    Support smooth event execution from arrival to departure

Requirements

•    Experience in private households, luxury hospitality, or five-star service
•    Strong silver service / formal service skills
•    Excellent grooming, etiquette, and communication
•    Flexible for evenings, weekends, and short-notice shifts
•    Reliable, discreet, and detail-oriented
