The Role
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Temporary Housekeeper to join a private family residence in Jersey, commencing as soon as possible and continuing through until 31st December 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional Housekeeper who takes genuine pride in maintaining a beautifully presented home and is comfortable working as part of a small private household team.

The successful candidate will be proactive, organised and highly detail-orientated, with the ability to see what needs doing and maintain consistently high standards without requiring constant direction.

Duties will include:

• Daily cleaning and upkeep of the residence to an exceptional standard
• Deep cleaning and maintaining excellent presentation throughout the property
• Laundry, ironing and general clothing care
• Changing and making beds
• Care and organisation of bedrooms, bathrooms and guest areas
• Maintaining kitchens and household areas
• Wardrobe and linen organisation
• Ensuring household supplies and cleaning products are appropriately stocked
• Preparing bedrooms and communal areas for the principals, family and guests
• Assisting with additional household duties as required
• Working effectively alongside other members of the household/estate team
• Maintaining complete discretion and confidentiality at all times

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a private household, HNW/UHNW residence or luxury hospitality environment.

Candidates should be:

• Experienced in high-standard private housekeeping
• Confident with laundry and ironing
• Meticulous with excellent attention to detail
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Flexible and willing to assist wherever required
• Professional, discreet and trustworthy
• Comfortable working within a family residence
• Available to relocate to Jersey for the duration of the assignment
• Available to start at short notice
