A private UHNW family based in Europe is seeking two experienced Housekeeper/Cooks to provide seamless household support over a six-week summer period.

The successful candidates will work collaboratively on a rota basis to ensure full household coverage across seven days per week.

The role combines high-standard housekeeping with family-style cooking and requires candidates who are discreet, proactive, child-friendly, and experienced in private households.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping

• Daily cleaning and presentation of all household areas to an exceptional standard.
• Laundry, ironing, garment care, and wardrobe organisation.
• Bed making and linen changes.
• Management of household supplies and inventory.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of kitchen and utility areas.
• Coordinating with the family's nanny and other household staff as required.
• Caring for delicate surfaces, fine furnishings, and luxury household items.

Cooking

• Preparing fresh, healthy family meals for adults and household staff.
• Planning menus in consultation with the family.
• Grocery shopping and kitchen stock management.
• Preparing snacks and light meals as required.
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards.
• Accommodating dietary preferences and special requests.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience working in UHNW or private family households.
• Strong housekeeping skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Confident family cooking ability.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Professional, discreet, and service-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a household team.
• Child-friendly attitude and experience working around young children.
• Good English; additional European languages are advantageous.
• Valid passport and legal right to work in Europe (or ability to obtain appropriate permission).
