An UHNW family is seeking an experienced Housekeeper to maintain exceptional standards across their private apartment in Europe. The Housekeeper will be responsible for preparing the property ahead of the family’s arrival, maintaining the residence throughout their stay, and completing a full clean and close-down following their departure. Discretion, flexibility, and a high level of attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the property to an exceptional 5-star standard ahead of the family’s arrival
• Perform daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, polishing, and general upkeep
• Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, hallways, and communal spaces, including fine finishes and delicate surfaces
• Bed-making and linen changes according to household protocol
• Laundry and ironing as required
• Maintain the property to an impeccable standard while the family is in residence
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and stock levels in the kitchen, fridges, and household areas
• Restock household and cleaning supplies as required
• Report damages, maintenance issues, or any concerns to the relevant household representative
• Work discreetly and professionally around the family and their guests
• Complete a thorough deep clean following the family’s departure
• Prepare, organise, and close down the property ready for its next use
• Perform ad-hoc housekeeping duties and special projects as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of private household or luxury hospitality housekeeping experience
• Previous experience working for UHNW/private families highly desirable
• Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of presentation
• Discreet, professional, and trustworthy with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and use initiative, as well as being part of a wider household team
• Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours and household requirements
• Experience with fine finishes, delicate fabrics, and high-value furnishings
• Fluent English preferred; additional languages advantageous
• Excellent references and a proven track record of longevity in previous positions
• Must be legally entitled to work in Europe

Start Date: 14/15 October 2026
Schedule: Temporary assignment through to approximately 28/29 October 2026, including preparation before arrival, servicing during the family’s stay until approximately 25/26 October, and 2–3 days post-departure for cleaning and close-down
Salary: Competitive, DOE
