We are seeking an experienced, professional temporary Nanny to provide support to a family travelling to the Caribbean over the Christmas and New Year period. The role is to work alongside an existing experienced nanny, ensuring excellent care, safety, and continuity for two young boys during a travel-based, water-focused holiday. Dates: 22 December – 6 January.

Due to the nature of the trip - including swimming, sea activities and water sports - the family requires two Nannies in total to ensure appropriate supervision and safety at all times.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, age-appropriate care to one child (one nanny per child)
• Ensure safety and supervision at all times, particularly during water-based activities
• Support daily routines, activities, and transitions while travelling
• Maintain a calm, organised and safety-conscious approach
• Work collaboratively with the existing Nanny and family
• Adapt to a dynamic and close-knit travel environment

Accommodation:

• Each child has their own bedroom
• The Nanny will sleep in the same room as the child they are responsible for

Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be a high-calibre, career Nanny who:

• Has excellent experience with children aged 4–7
• Is confident and capable around water; strong swimmer essential
• Is calm, diligent, organised and highly safety-conscious
• Is warm, kind, patient and engaging with children
• Is comfortable travelling and working in a close-knit environment
• Is flexible, reliable and able to adapt to changing schedules
• Is professional, discreet and team-oriented

Additional Information:

• All flights and travel arrangements will be organised by the family
• Travel is expected to depart early morning on 22 December from London to St Maarten, with onward transport arranged to join the family
