Our UHNW clients are seeking an experienced Temporary Private Chef to join their family of five in St Tropez for the summer. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented chef with a strong background in private households, creating fresh, seasonal Mediterranean cuisine to the highest standard. If successful, there is the potential of a permanent placement.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the family and guests
• Creating healthy, seasonal Mediterranean-inspired menus using high-quality local ingredients
• Menu planning, grocery shopping, and sourcing produce
• Catering for occasional entertaining and informal dinners
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-managed kitchen
• Working closely with the principals and household staff to ensure a seamless dining experience

The successful candidate will have:

• A proven background as a Private Chef within UHNW households or luxury hospitality
• Experience preparing healthy, Mediterranean-style cuisine
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently
• A flexible, positive attitude with the ability to adapt to changing schedules
• Strong attention to detail and a discreet, professional manner
