TEMPORARY PRIVATE CHEF – 22nd & 23rd DECEMBER

We are seeking an experienced Private Chef for two evenings over the Christmas period.

Dates: 22nd & 23rd December
Day Rate: £400 - £600
Service: Dinner only
Location: Virginia Water, Surrey
Cuisine: Traditional fine dining with a seasonal, winter-warming feel

• 22nd December: Approximately 10 guests – 8pm sit-down
• 23rd December: Approximately 4 guests – 8pm sit-down

The client is looking for beautifully presented, traditional fine dining with a warm and festive feel. Think seasonal, winter-warming dishes, elegant presentation and pretty plates, with a strong focus on quality ingredients and excellent execution.

The menu should include:

• Canapés
• Starter
• Main course
• Dessert

The chef will have free rein to select suppliers and source the finest ingredients for the menus. The property has a professional separate kitchen
