The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Principal's extensive wardrobe, ensuring all clothing, accessories, and personal items are impeccably maintained, organised, and travel-ready at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full management and organisation of the Principal's wardrobe, including clothing, accessories, footwear, and seasonal collections
  • Utilising and maintaining the household's wardrobe management technology system, ensuring all items are accurately logged, tracked, and catalogued
  • Creating and coordinating complete looks and outfit selections for the Principal, taking into account events, travel schedules, and personal preferences
  • Packing, unpacking, and preparing wardrobes for domestic and international travel
  • Coordinating wardrobe requirements across multiple residences and travel destinations
  • Monitoring wardrobe inventory and arranging purchases, alterations, repairs, dry cleaning, and maintenance as required
  • Liaising with luxury brands, boutiques, stylists, personal shoppers, and fashion houses
  • Ensuring all garments are presented to the highest standard and readily available when needed
  • Managing last-minute requests and adapting quickly to changing travel plans and schedules

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a Wardrobe Manager, Personal Dresser, Stylist, or in a similar role within a UHNW household
  • Proven experience supporting high-profile individuals with extensive travel schedules
  • Strong understanding of luxury fashion, garment care, and wardrobe organisation
  • Technologically confident and comfortable using wardrobe management software and inventory systems
  • Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-focused within a busy and sometimes chaotic household environment
  • Highly flexible, adaptable, and willing to travel at short notice
  • Existing connections within the luxury fashion industry would be highly advantageous
  • Discreet, professional, and accustomed to maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality

Working Schedule & Travel

The successful candidate must be extremely flexible and available to travel internationally at short notice. Whilst based in London, the role will follow a standard full-time schedule, focusing on proactive wardrobe management, organisation, and preparation.

During travel periods, the role will become significantly more hands-on and demanding, requiring flexibility with working hours to meet the Principal's needs.

Two days off per week will be provided wherever operationally possible, and a time off in lieu (TOIL) system is in place to ensure additional hours worked are appropriately compensated.
