A private family of two is seeking a professional and experienced female (for cultural reasons) Private Chef to join their household, primarily based in Dubai, with travel to Europe during certain periods. The chef will be responsible for preparing daily meals in line with dietary preferences (gluten- and dairy-free), focusing on a Modern European style with grilled meats and fish. The role offers structured working hours but requires flexibility when the family is entertaining or travelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare fresh, healthy, and creative meals that align with the family’s dietary needs (gluten- and dairy-free)
• Create weekly menus based on seasonal ingredients and the principals’ preferences
• Shop for or source ingredients locally, ensuring the highest quality and freshness
• Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen at all times
• Work independently in a commercial kitchen (Dubai) and in the family kitchen (Europe)
• Liaise with household staff or PAs as needed regarding scheduling, ingredients, and meal planning
• Travel in advance when necessary to set up and prepare kitchens
• Occasionally cater for small gatherings or guests

Candidate Requirements:

• Female chef only (due to cultural requirements)
• European passport holder essential (for ease of travel)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar private household or UHNW family setting
• Strong culinary skills in Modern European cuisine, with a focus on health-conscious cooking
• Comfortable with dietary restrictions including gluten- and dairy-free
• Highly professional, organised, and discreet
• Able to work independently and manage kitchen operations across multiple residences
• Flexible, adaptable, and respectful of cultural practices
• Fluent in English
