Private Pilates Instructor with Travel (Nutrition-Focused)
Location: Europe, UAE & UK (International Travel Required)

We are seeking a highly skilled and discreet Private Pilates Instructor to travel with the male principal across his multiple private residences in Europe, the UAE, and the UK. This role requires a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, combining expert-level Pilates instruction with a strong foundation in nutrition and lifestyle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Pilates & Physical Training
• Deliver bespoke, one-to-one Pilates sessions tailored to the principal’s goals, physical condition, and travel schedule
• Design progressive training programmes focusing on strength, mobility, posture, and injury prevention
• Adapt sessions across home gyms, private studios, and travel environments
• Monitor progress and adjust routines to ensure optimal results

Nutrition & Wellness Support

• Develop personalised nutrition plans aligned with fitness goals, preferences, and any dietary requirements
• Provide ongoing nutritional guidance, including supplementation, hydration, and recovery strategies
• Collaborate with chefs or household staff to ensure meals align with agreed nutritional plans
• Offer informed advice on overall wellbeing, including sleep, stress management, and lifestyle habits

Meal Assistance & Service

• Assist with light cooking or meal preparation when required, ensuring alignment with nutritional objectives
• Plan and oversee meal service, including formal and informal table settings
• Maintain high standards of dining etiquette tailored to different occasions and dietary requirements

Lifestyle & Travel Support

• Travel seamlessly with the principal and maintain consistency in training and nutrition routines across residences
• Ensure all equipment and wellness-related requirements are prepared in advance at each location
• Uphold discretion, professionalism, and flexibility at all times

Qualifications

• Certified Pilates Instructor (comprehensive certification preferred)
• Formal training or certification in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
• Proven experience working as a private instructor or within a high-net-worth or luxury environment
• Background in luxury hospitality or private service advantageous
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in Portuguese
• Knowledge of international customs, etiquette, and protocols preferred
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and adaptability
